Inspect a pod

GET 
/pods/inspect/:namespace/:podName

Runs one live read of the pod's driver, named by what (routes, neighbors, nat_rules, bridge_fdb, ospf_neighbors, ospf_interfaces, ospf6_neighbors, rip_routes, bgp_summary, isis_neighbors, as GET /drivers lists them per capability), and returns its rows with their columns. Without what it lists the inspections the pod's driver offers. Nothing of it goes to the history.
