Interface counters of a pod

GET 
/pods/counters/:namespace/:podName

Returns the kernel counters (bytes, packets, errors, drops, per direction) of every data interface of a pod, read from /proc/net/dev with one exec. at is the read time in Unix milliseconds, so two reads give rates.
